1. Services
Damiøn provides digital music production services such as mixing, mastering, vocal production, custom beats, instrumentals, remix production, MIDI work and full song production. The exact scope is the package and add-ons selected at checkout plus any written project details agreed afterwards.
2. Ordering and payment
Orders are paid through PayPal. A project is treated as booked once payment is confirmed. Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.
3. Project materials
You must have permission to provide and use every audio file, vocal, sample, reference or other material you send for the project. Do not upload material that infringes another person’s rights.
4. Delivery and revisions
Estimated delivery times and included revisions are shown with the selected service. Delivery can depend on receiving complete files and clear feedback. Extra work outside the purchased scope may require an additional fee.
5. Intellectual property
Rights in your original material remain yours. Any transfer or licence for newly created production material depends on the service purchased and any written agreement for that project. Third-party samples, plugins or licensed content remain subject to their own licences.
6. Liability
Services are provided with professional care, but no specific commercial, streaming or chart result is guaranteed. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
