Before work starts
If you placed an order by mistake, contact Damiøn as soon as possible. Where a refund is legally available and work has not started, the order can be reviewed for cancellation.
After work starts
Music production services are customised digital services. Once work has started or custom work has been delivered, refund eligibility may be limited, subject to applicable consumer law and any rights that cannot be waived.
Revisions
If the result needs changes within the purchased scope, use the revisions included with your package before requesting a refund. Extra revisions can be purchased when needed.
Technical problems
If delivered files are corrupted or incomplete, contact Damiøn so the files can be replaced or corrected.
Payment disputes
Please contact Damiøn first so the issue can be investigated. PayPal’s dispute process remains available according to PayPal’s rules.
