How do I place an order?
Choose a service, select a package and any extras, add it to the cart and complete the project form. PayPal then handles the payment securely.
Can the price be changed in the browser?
No. The checkout backend recalculates the order using the approved service catalogue before creating the PayPal payment.
What files should I send?
That depends on the service. For mixing, clean exported stems are usually best. For mastering, a high-quality stereo mix is normally required. Project-specific details can be discussed through Contact.
How do revisions work?
Each package has a defined scope and revision allowance. Revision requests should stay within the original project direction; extra work can be added separately when needed.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery ranges are shown on the service options. The final timing also depends on receiving complete files and clear project information.
Are payments secure?
Payments are processed by PayPal. Damiøn does not store your card details, and the payment amount is verified by the backend before capture.
What happens after payment?
The confirmed order is stored with your project details and payment reference. Keep your PayPal receipt and use the Contact page if you need to add important information.
