Information collected
When you contact Damiøn or place an order, the site may collect your name, email address, country, artist name, project name, project notes, order contents and payment status. PayPal processes payment details; Damiøn does not receive or store your card number.
Why it is used
Information is used to respond to messages, process and manage orders, deliver purchased services, prevent fraud and keep basic business records.
Service providers
The site uses Supabase for backend data storage and PayPal for payments. Those providers process data under their own privacy terms.
Retention
Order and contact information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for project delivery, customer support, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask about access, correction or deletion of personal data where applicable. Some order information may need to be retained when required by law.
Security
Payment creation and price verification happen on the server. Sensitive payment credentials are not placed in the public website code.
